Learning objectives: This session is focused on Fair Housing Basics. By the end of the session you will understand the protected classes, liability under the fair housing act, how to process reasonable accommodations and modifications, and review scenarios for prevention and resolution. This session is a precursor to a deeper level conversation at the June conference on the nuances specific to recovery residences.
