One of the most important life skills our residents can learn in recovery is how to successfully navigate conflicts.  Whether it’s with housemates or family members, conflicts with others can drive a person to relapse, be a catalyst for more trusting relationships, or anything in between.  Recovery residence operator and WAQRR chair Alan Muia will present on this most important topic.  We'll discuss how conflict works and strategies for coaching residents through effective conflict resolution.
