Resolving conflicts is one of the most important life skills people can learn in a recovery home. Relationship difficulty can lead to isolation, anxiety, destructive behavior, and return to use.  In this intensive seminar, residence staff and peer leaders will learn the basics of mediating interpersonal conflicts between residents. When a conflict is effectively mediated, participants make agreements that can decrease tension, begin the process of rebuilding trust, and lead to healthy relationships. We strongly recommend that you watch the “Walking with Residents Through Conflict” webinar before you attend.
