Description: Participants will become more familiar with the use of a Wellness Toolbox to assist those in recovery during times of stress, boredom, or high anxiety. Wellness Toolboxes are to be developed by the individual with their unique personality and creativity and filled with simple and safe tools that can be used to help individuals feel better and maintain wellness. Attendees will have a better understanding of developing daily maintenance plans and how they are used to keep the individual up to date on responsibilities, appointments, classes, physical activities, leisure/hobbies, diet, and contact with various support networks. Individuals following Daily Maintenance Plans will be able to track progress made and detail how each activity made them feel substituting out less helpful activities with new and more helpful ones.
